The ETERNITY Comprehensive Internet Direct Cremation Plan includes all of the following:

• Immediate removal from the place of death to our facility from anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange Counties
• ALL Crematory fees
• Sturdy heavy duty plastic urn (decorative urns are available)
• Prompt and courteous service (NO extra charges for priority or scheduled cremation)
• Refrigeration while necessary paperwork is processed
• Securing death certification from attending physician or coroner
• Filing of Death Certificate and Cremation Permit with the County Registrar
• Cremation fiberboard box to cremate the remains as required by law

This is available in Southern California Counties ONLY: Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, San Diego. Beyond 60 miles from our office address additional charges may apply for transportation.
